Travelling down to the recent Garden of England Show held in Bodiam, proved to be something of a trial!
Having left early on what turned out to be the hottest day of the year,
we ended up parked up on the M25, which resembled a Tesco's car park on
a busy day just before Christmas (without the coolness!), with traffic
standing still for hours due to an accident.
As the hours crept by (we got out the deckchairs and sat outside), we
were a little concerned about the horses in the back of the lorry,
checking them constantly and giving them water. We dropped the ramp
and Snipper was unloaded to cool down. The lorry next to us was a
chiller unit, and the driver kindly opened the back doors and Snipper
stood by the doors, chilling out! Hows that for proof that Snipper is
one of the most chilled out horses in the country!
