New Rider Forms
Everyone who has lessons at Sovereign Quarter Horses needs to fill out this form prior to their first lesson.

Sovereign Clinic Booking Form
In order to attend one of our clinics on your own horse, the below form and payment must be received prior to the clinic.  Unfortunately we can not accept any clinic bookings without payment.

Horses in Training Document
Before your horse can come into Sovereign for training, we require the below form to be filled in.  This gives us all your contact details as well as relevant information we require about your horse.

Tuesday Night Club
Our Tuesday night club means you are able to ride in the indoor arena on a Tuesday (except over Christmas and New Year) between 6pm and 8pm all year around.  In order to become a member, download the application form here.
