Congratulations...Snippers Heirogance
Congratulations to Snippers Heirogance daughter, Snippnbelles Star owned by Dorothy Coleman and shown by Sarah Deptford who recently won the Fenland Quarter Horse Show Green Trail Circuit Award.  With very large class numbers, Star and Sarah had been very consistent in the June show, but in the August show, they were 2nd out of 18 under the first Judge and 1st out of 13 under the second Judge.  A fantastic achievement.  Star won her owner, Dorothy a £200 voucher for Ariat Boots to be redeemed from the Rhinestone shopping emporium.  Don't forget Star has for many years been a great ambassador for Snipper in the Halter show pen, she's now racking up performance points in Western Pleasure and Trail.

Congratulations also to Toni Hardesty riding the Snippers Heirogance gelding
son, Muy Poco Dene.  Toni has owned Pokey as she calls him since he was a three year old and has over the years proved a consistent and tough Nov Am competitor.   At the recent Fenland Show, Toni and Pokey won the East Coast Quarter Horse Shows sponsored Novice Amateur Hunter Under Saddle Circuit Award, along with the Rhinestone Clothing sponsored Novice Amateur Showmanship Circuit Award.  Another versatile Snippers Heirogance offspring.

Congratulations to Amanda Griffiths with her full brother and sister pair, Snippers Mito Bella and Snippers Son N Heir.  "Bella" who is a former AQHA UK Supreme Halter Champion has returned to the show pen in 2011 after a couple of years off having babies.   Her daughter Jays Whiskey Girl has done very well in the Yearling Halter Classes this year.   "Prince" (Snippers Son N Heir) as well as featuring in Your Horse's recent "Trust" article with David showed in his first NRHA class this year... winning with a score of 70.  Both horses have been bred and trained by us here at Sovereign.

Congratulations to Joyce Markham with her own SQH bred and trained "Heir To A Cady".   "Davina" has placed well in halter classes throughout the year, and a photograph of her taken at the 2010 AQHA UK Spring show was used by the Western Horse UK magazine.  This photograph won photographer, Nathan Haynes of NRH Photography a prestigious award at a recently world wide magazine awards.  Davina and Joyce in 2011 have been cementing their partnership under saddle and we hope to see them in the show ring under saddle soon.

Congratulations to Liz Smith with her Reminics N Snip. "Toby" and Liz have a great partnership, they've been competing at the SQH shows for a couple of years now and made the long trip to show at the AQHA UK Spring Show and Fenland June show with great results.

Why are our horses so successful?  We are very lucky to have a longstanding breeding programme in place, we know our mares, and we know our stallions, the horses we breed and sell we know will do the job they are bought for.  Whether it be as a family horse, or a horse that you show, or both.  You can be sure that you are buying tried and tested quality when you buy a Sovereign horse
